Writing is not just magical, but it has chemistry that wasn’t there before.
When I write, I’m at my most aware state, information comes flowing, and my mind starts to process and reshape the reality in my mind.
It’s very much like a projector that shines a bright idea into your head, and you have only a couple of seconds to write it down.
You’re doing image-to-text translation in some way.
From there, you’ll get to know a bit more about yourself.
All the words that you like to use and don’t really use.
You’ll start to hear things like sentence formation without noticing.
The thoughts that you wrote are not real until you can write them as a story or a full sentence.
How I capture my thoughts

Most of the time, we didn’t forget that best idea, but weren’t able to connect it with an existing idea or event.
What I would do is to sink in, don’t overthink, the more you are aware that you’re writing, the words won’t flow like before.
In a way, you can always feel it, but you don’t know is the right feeling.
It’s a state right before the flow comes. I tend to stay there much longer because I know when the flow comes, it can end just as fast.
Why take a long walk, or when you are moving around, and finally settle the mind for it to process at a constant expectation that it has nowhere to go, but putting out words is a good idea.
Chemistry that produces the synergy
Your mind gives you clues based on what you’re doing. The idea of flow to me is like the oxygen is flowing through your bloodstream at a rate your brain meets the right frequency.
You don’t get to it that often because you have to have the right setting.
Remember the time you wrote something you love in a corner that you less expected. It’s like downloading from a library of books in your head.
You don’t even know where you got it from, but somehow you can do it again and again.
Writing becomes addictive when you get to visit this place often.
It’s a dream within a dream. It’s not real until you write it down.
This emotional spark is what keeps you going.
Keeping connection to your core.
