Start Before You Understand
Write it down and find yourself
Give that piece another shot; the piece that needed to be done. It’s done; the moment you start is the moment you arrive at a new place inside.

I think you did it.
Well, doing it once is not enough, of course.
Instead of wondering where you’ll be in the next 10 years, you start to hone in on every sentence that you make you want to trick.
You couldn’t stop thinking about it; you just didn’t give up; you showed up for yourself.
Wow, a relief that no one around you can care about; it’s yours to keep and enjoy.
What a beautiful way to speak and spend time that you need; you’re not sick, but just tired of being the person in the mirror.
You’re much more than what the surface can represent; if only your deep thoughts could draw and express themselves.
That’s why you exist: to show your true love, and your understanding of what’s going on in your mind, people, or even life.

A lot of things and events may take place around you, but you’re still true to your words.
The belief of oneself is all selves.
One thought can turn into two, and then the rest you’ll figure out, like how you get to where you are today.
You no longer overthink about stuff; you do it for experience that lasts.
You became stronger than what you can handle or notice.
You’re the last piece of mindset standing and wanting to make a path that does not need an explanation.
While you have some clue, but no clear ideas yet, the ground is already shaped and built, but you’re just getting started on the road that you chose.

It’s easy to say, “I don’t know,” but hard to go do the things you don’t quite understand.
Maybe it’s not the right thing to do, yet without giving it a shot, you just lost all possibility of change.
This is not any kind of change; it’s something before nothing; it’s how you create chances for growth and better choices.
I remember there are times when I don’t understand, or I should say, that I’m in a situation where I can’t speak clearly about my thoughts at the time, but later I thought about what just happened.
I try to write it down in a way that could be better for the situation, like teaching myself like a child, where if a child is not acting or acting in a way that the parent couldn’t accept.
Was it the fault of the child?
Was it the parent’s lack of tolerance?
Could it be that no one is willing to go back and see why the kid was acting that way in the first place?
Sometimes, it could be something small, but over time, like your habits, it can form and drag your day-to-day without you noticing.

That’s why writing or having a way to express your thoughts is very important.
You’re not just creating, but rather slowly building a better foundation for quicker realization or, sometimes, even in the moment, awakening while you’re still in it.
For me, I found it’s the hardest part, because like most introverts, we think about more than we talk, and usually the feeling is right, but the words didn’t come out or did not translate to what we were feeling.
This is also why a good communicator is still valuable in this economy and probably in every industry.
While it might take another decade for me to get better, chances are I would be like most people and remain the same until it’s too late for it to have a meaningful impact.
But hey, first you have to identify the problem, and then you’ll have the chance to provide a useful solution.
Many times, the basic things are what we have been missing and not paying enough attention to.
It might seem harmless at first, but usually, our life is built around these little things that are making or breaking us from who we are.
Seriously. You did it. You know it. You got it.

The words lit me up, Bin. Thank you.
I think of all those frustrating years as a student.
Sit still. Be quiet. Hear how to think.
Then, RE-act?
No, learning by doing, please. And writing it down makes a crucial difference!
