I’m Sorry to Tell You That One of My Articles Got Suspended

Medium wakeup call and the new rules for reporting spammers

Don’t be like me, things has changed

Screenshot of my stories that is in violation of the Medium Rules.

If I can’t call out spammer and account that is breaking the Medium rules then so let it be.

About 6 hours ago my article about a spammer trying to publish 4 of the same stories under 4 different publications and the stories were not even theirs, now that article is suspended.

I thought someone must have reported my stories as it was only a couple of hours old. (I don’t even see Medium react that fast to an AI-generated article)

Not to mention about what that account just did again.

I would need to ask Tony Stubblebine if there is justice or if it’s no longer okay to talk about spammers no more?

Or talking about the facts is now consider harassment or personal attacks?

Yes, I read it and it says you are no longer allowed to assess other accounts and if they break the rules, you should report or email Medium about it.

So the new rule is to not talk about it in public.

This article is to keep everyone updated about the latest Medium Rules that apply to the assessment of other account statuses or whatever they do.

If you do see me less that could mean I am already decreased in distribution or even being at risk of suspension.

I’m assuming Medium wants me to delete that article, which I’ll do after emailing about this matter and ensuring everything is okay.

Maybe this article gets ding too, no more calling out, just report them.

If you are thinking of writing an article about someone who is not positive, watch out.

Be nice to everyone, even if they are not nice to us and Medium.

Of course, I have to thank Medium for giving me a warning first.
